A lot of the viewers were upset at the final episode. It was a bit draggy, but its what you make of it, and I made it good, in my head at least.
Kyung Joon who has grown a year older and has had puberty smash into him, sounds like a mixture of Gong Yoo and Shin and looks similar to Gong Yoo. They didn’t want them to be identical, so they didn’t show the face. He came by the house because he got some of his memory back. He saw Da Ran, he remembered the first time they met and ran after her. Kyung Joon walks away, but Da Ran chases after him. When Da Ran said “I Love You”, he got all of his memory back, because that’s what Kyung Jae said would happen. Everyone else and their cut off story line is irrelevant. This is how I satisfied myself.

BIG’s ENDING = I’M DISAPPOINTED
Last night i watched Big’s finale episode. I was terribly depressed with the ending. my friends told me that the ending is quite disappointing, but I didn’t watch any spoilers from the internet whatsoever, and was really excited to watch it. I was really disappointed last night. The last 10 minutes felt so rushed. They should have shown the actual switchover of Kang Kyung Joon and Seo Yoon Jae. And worse, at the end part, they didn’t show the face of Kyung Joon! They should have, at least, shown us his face. I felt the ending was so hanging. They should have extended it to 20 episodes!
The story is so unique, and the chemistry between Lee Min Jung and Gong Yoo is just overwhelmingly amazing, that’s why I fell in love with the drama immediately. I get carried away especially at the later episodes. The scene when the y went camping and Gong Yoo asked Min Jung if she could not erase him from her memory completely, I cried. When Min Jung told Gong Yoo at the airport how much she loves him, I cried. When Gong Yoo pretended to forget everything about Min Jung and saw his pain, I cried. Lee Min Jung and Gong Yoo just brought me to tears everytime they cry in this drama. I have never cried this hard because of a Korean Drama. Only BIG. That’s why I felt so depressed about the ending. I was looking forward to Kyung Joon and Da Ran’s love story after the switchover.
Gawd! I could go on and on about this! Frustration just hit me! LOL! Anyway, over-all, BIG was a great drama. But it would have been greater if they extended it to 20 episodes and fixed the ending. hehehe. Still i give it ★★★★. Gong Yoo and Lee Min Jung were so great together. I wish they do another drama together, and if it isn’t to much to ask, I wish they end up dating each other and get married someday in real life! hehehe
